- Receive, review, and process customer Purchase Orders (POs).
- Ensure accuracy of quantities, prices, specifications, and delivery details.
- Coordinate with sales, production, and finance teams regarding PO status.
- Update PO information accurately on internal systems and ERP.
- Identify and report any discrepancies or errors in orders.
- Maintain organized and accurate sales operation records.
- Support smooth workflow between Sales, Production, and Finance teams.
