We are looking for a motivated Software Tele-Sales B2B Specialist to join our software services company. In this role, you will be responsible for generating leads and closing sales over the phone. You will use strong communication and negotiation skills to build lasting relationships with potential and existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contact potential and existing customers to present products or services using prepared scripts.
  • Generate leads through prospecting and cold calling.
  • Answer customer inquiries about products, services, and the company.
  • Identify customer needs by asking relevant questions and closing sales accordingly.
  • Conduct product presentations and demos over the phone or online.
  • Coordinate with and direct qualified prospects to the field sales team when required.
  • Accurately enter and update customer information in the CRM system and databases.
