  • Develop and implement effective stock control policies and procedures across retail stores and warehouses.
  • Monitor inventory accuracy, stock movement, shrinkage, and stock aging.
  • Identify, analyze, and closely monitor slow-moving and non-moving items, recommending corrective actions to improve stock turnover.
  • Lead and manage the stock control team, setting KPIs and ensuring performance targets are achieved.
  • Coordinate with Supply Chain, Warehousing, Retail Operations, and Finance teams to ensure alignment and data accuracy.
  • Conduct regular stock counts, audits, and variance analysis across stores and warehouses.
  • Ensure proper system usage, data integrity, and reporting accuracy across inventory systems.
  • Support business growth through data-driven inventory planning, forecasting, and control.
