Stock Control Manager About the Role:Men’s Club is seeking a highly experienced Stock Control Manager to lead and manage inventory control operations across our retail network, ensuring stock accuracy, efficiency, and optimal availability within a fast-paced Fashion Retail environment. Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement effective stock control policies and procedures across retail stores and warehouses. Monitor inventory accuracy, stock movement, shrinkage, and stock aging. Identify, analyze, and closely monitor slow-moving and non-moving items, recommending corrective actions to improve stock turnover. Lead and manage the stock control team, setting KPIs and ensuring performance targets are achieved. Coordinate with Supply Chain, Warehousing, Retail Operations, and Finance teams to ensure alignment and data accuracy. Conduct regular stock counts, audits, and variance analysis across stores and warehouses. Ensure proper system usage, data integrity, and reporting accuracy across inventory systems. Support business growth through data-driven inventory planning, forecasting, and control. Job Requirements:Minimum 10 years of experience in Stock Control / Inventory Management. At least 3 years of managerial experience in a similar role. Retail experience is mandatory (Fashion Retail is highly preferred). Strong hands-on experience with inventory management systems such as Odoo or similar ERP systems. Previous experience with Retail Pro is highly preferred.
