As a Sales & Customer Support Representative, you’ll act as a key point of contact between customers and internal teams, supporting both sales activities and customer service operations.
Your main duties will include:
• Responding to customer inquiries and assisting them in purchasing the most suitable products based on their needs.• Handling customer inquiries received from the Sales team or directly from customers through different channels.• Supporting the sales process by providing product information, availability, and pricing details.• Coordinating with warehouse, delivery, and operations teams to ensure smooth and timely order processing.• Following up on customer orders and resolving any issues promptly.• Providing regular updates to customers and internal teams regarding order status.• Ensuring customer satisfaction by delivering clear communication and professional support.• Maintaining accurate records and ensuring all customer interactions meet company standards.

• Fresh graduate to 0–2 years of experience.• Sales experience is not required.• Must live in Cairo.• Excellent communication, sales support, and customer-handling skills.• Strong attention to detail with a problem-solving mindset.• Good command of Microsoft Office.• Comfortable working rotational shifts.• Positive attitude, teamwork spirit, and a customer-first mindset.
