  • Coordinate daily schedules, meetings, and internal communications.

  • Support management with operational updates and performance tracking.
  1. Procurement & Supplier Management
  • Source suppliers for materials, products, and services required by the business.
  • Request quotations, compare prices, and negotiate terms when needed.
  • Place purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of goods.
  • Follow up on pending orders and resolve delivery or quality issues.
  • Maintain updated supplier databases and pricing lists.
  1. Sales & Client Support (Operational Side)
  • Prepare quotations and invoices for clients.
  • Track orders and ensure proper delivery to customers.
  • Communicate professionally with clients regarding order status and requirements.
  • Support coordination between operations and clients to ensure satisfaction.
  1. Reporting & Documentation
  • Prepare simple reports on expenses, purchases, and operations.
  • Keep accurate records of invoices, supplier documents, and delivery notes.
  • Ensure all documentation is properly filed and accessible.
