Payroll & Personnel Supervisor

  • Manage all payroll processing activities to ensure timely and accurate salary disbursements.

  • Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly, and annual payroll reports for management review.
  • Lead and mentor payroll and personnel team members, fostering professional growth and high performance.
  • Support audits by providing necessary payroll and personnel documentation and responding to auditor queries.
  • Implement process improvements to enhance payroll accuracy, efficiency, and compliance.
  • Stay updated on changes in labor laws, tax codes, and best practices to ensure ongoing compliance.
