We are seeking an experienced Technical Office Engineer with a strong background in woodworks and joinery for hospitality and commercial projects. The candidate will be responsible for preparing shop drawings, material take-offs, and pricing, coordinating with project and production teams to ensure accurate execution of design intent within budget and timeline.

• Prepare, review, and finalize shop drawings for woodworks, joinery, furniture, and fit-out elements
• Ensure drawings comply with design specifications, site conditions, and authority requirements
• Coordinate with consultants, architects, and site teams for approvals and revisions
• Maintain drawing logs and manage revisions efficiently
• Support tendering and variation pricing
• Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors for quotations
• Assist in value engineering to optimize cost without compromising quality
• Coordinate closely with project managers, site engineers, and factory/production teams to ensure smooth project execution.
