Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues to end-users onsite at 15th May City.
Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, servers, and network devices in accordance with company standards.
Monitor system performance, security, and reliability, proactively identifying and resolving potential issues.
Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights within the organization’s IT infrastructure.
Coordinate with vendors and service providers for procurement, maintenance, and repair of IT equipment.
