  • You will be responsible for generating and closing new business opportunities for Offbeat’s software services, including:
  • Websites (corporate, e-commerce, landing pages)
  • Systems & platforms (CRM, ERP-lite, dashboards, custom solutions)
  • Games (web games, mobile games, gamified experiences)
  • Your mission is to identify potential clients, understand their needs, propose tailored solutions, and work closely with our tech and creative teams to deliver winning proposals.
  • Business Development & Lead Generation
  • Identify and target potential clients across Egypt (SMEs, startups, corporates, agencies).
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads.
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends in software development.
  • Client Engagement
  • Meet clients, understand their business needs, and translate them into clear technical briefs.
  • Present Offbeat’s capabilities and propose suitable solutions.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from first contact to closing.
  • Proposal & Coordination
  • Work with the tech team to scope projects, estimate timelines, and prepare proposals.
  • Ensure proposals are accurate, competitive, and aligned with client expectations.
  • Follow up on proposals and negotiate contracts.
  • Performance & Reporting
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain CRM records and provide regular pipeline updates.
  • Represent Offbeat at events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities.
