Payroll Accountant Executive

 

  1. Prepare, review, and process monthly payroll for all employees accurately and on schedule.
  2. Verify working hours, leaves, overtime, bonuses, and deductions before finalizing payroll.
  3. Coordinate with the HR department to ensure employee records are up to date (new hires, terminations, promotions, etc.).
  4. Ensure compliance with local labor laws, tax regulations, and social insurance requirements.
  5. Reconcile payroll accounts and prepare monthly and annual payroll reports for management.
  6. Review and audit payroll calculations prior to disbursement to ensure accuracy.
  7. Handle employee payroll inquiries in a timely and professional manner while maintaining confidentiality.
  8. Coordinate with the Finance Department to ensure accurate posting of payroll transactions in the accounting system.
  9. Assist in internal and external audits related to payroll.
  10. Continuously identify and implement process improvements to enhance payroll efficiency and accuracy.
