Prepare and issue accurate and detailed architectural shop drawings for all assigned tasks.
Coordinate closely with structural, mechanical, and electrical disciplines to detect and resolve clashes between architectural and other trades.
Propose practical and technical solutions based on design drawings and site conditions.
Review and adjust drawings based on site feedback, design modifications, or consultant comments.
Ensure that architectural documents and materials are delivered to the site in a timely manner.
Assist in preparing architectural quantity take-offs for finishes (tiles, paint, ceilings, partitions, etc.) and material specifications.
Review and validate architectural items in the BOQ, ensuring accuracy and consistency with shop drawings and material specs.
Communicate effectively with consultants, contractors, and site engineers regarding technical submissions and approvals.
Support the project team by maintaining accurate and coordinated architectural documents.
Review preliminary and working drawings, specifications, and coordinate updates when needed.
