- Develop and execute commercial strategies aligned with the company’s overall business goals and long-term vision.
- Lead and manage the Sales, Customer Relations, and Business Development activities.
- Identify and evaluate new markets, segments, and product opportunities within specialty chemicals, industrial chemicals, and value-added solutions.
- Collaborate with Business Development and Production teams to guide new product development based on market needs.
2. Sales & Revenue Growth
- Set annual sales targets, revenue forecasts, and growth projections.
- Drive direct sales activities, key account management, and channel distribution.
- Strengthen competitive positioning through differentiated service, technical support, and quality assurance.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and implement corrective actions when necessary.
3. Marketing & Market Intelligence
- Oversee branding, product positioning, and marketing communications.
- Ensure market research is conducted to track industry trends, chemical regulations, competitor activity, and customer behavior.
- Develop pricing strategies optimized for market conditions, cost structures, and profitability targets.
4. Customer Relationship Management
- Build strong relationships with key customers across industrial, specialty, and B2B sectors.
- Manage strategic partnerships and long-term supply agreements.
- Ensure customer satisfaction metrics and complaint-handling processes are effective and consistent with quality standards (ISO, GMP, etc.).
5. Commercial Operations & Compliance
- Oversee contract negotiation, bids, tenders, and long-term commercial agreements.
- Ensure commercial activities comply with industry regulations, environmental requirements, and safety policies.
- Improve processes across supply chain coordination, demand planning, order fulfillment, and logistics to enhance customer experience.
6. Financial Management & Reporting
- Prepare commercial budgets and revenue forecasts.
- Analyze sales margins, product profitability, and ROI for commercial initiatives.
- Report commercial performance to the Executive Team and Board of Directors.
