  • Develop, implement, and oversee quality control systems and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Lead and manage the quality control team, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations to ensure high standards are maintained.
  • Monitor and analyze production processes to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions to enhance product quality.

  • Investigate and resolve quality-related issues, customer complaints, and non-conformities, ensuring root causes are identified and addressed.
  • Maintain and update documentation related to quality management systems, including ISO and HACCP certifications.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and company policies, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and risk mitigation.
  • Prepare and present quality reports, metrics, and analysis to senior management, recommending strategies for ongoing quality enhancement.
  • Stay current with industry trends, technological advancements, and regulatory changes to ensure the company remains at the forefront of food quality management.
