Ashtar Technology is looking for a talented Back-End Developer with 3–5 years of proven experience to join our fast-growing team. In this role, you will take ownership of designing, developing, and maintaining the server-side logic of our applications, ensuring scalability, performance, and security. You will collaborate closely with front-end developers, UX/UI designers, and product teams to deliver reliable and high-quality solutions that power our platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain robust server-side applications using modern back-end frameworks.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and align with business goals.
Build efficient, secure, and scalable APIs to integrate front-end and back-end systems seamlessly.
Implement and manage database solutions, including schema design, optimization, and ongoing maintenance.

Diagnose and resolve performance bottlenecks, bugs, and production issues.
Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code that adheres to industry best practices.
