Procurement & Supply Chain Specialist

Manage day-to-day procurement activities, including sourcing, negotiations, purchasing, and order follow-up.

Develop and maintain a reliable supplier and vendor base, locally and internationally.

Negotiate pricing, payment terms, Incoterms, lead times, and contractual conditions.

Coordinate customs clearance activities with brokers, ensuring accurate documentation and regulatory compliance.

Handle procurement and logistics processes related to free zones, including inward/outward movements and related documentation.

Ensure availability of materials in line with production and operational requirements.

Monitor procurement costs, landed cost calculations, and budget adherence.

Track purchase orders from placement to delivery, proactively resolving delays and customs-related issues.

Coordinate closely with production, planning, warehouse, finance, and logistics teams.

Monitor supplier performance using KPIs (cost, quality, delivery, compliance).

Identify and mitigate supply risks, shortages, and regulatory delays.

Maintain accurate procurement, customs, and logistics records.

Support inventory optimization and stock level control.

Ensure compliance with internal procurement policies and external regulations.

Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across procurement and supply chain processes.
