  • Oversee the daily operations and management of the company’s vehicle fleet, ensuring optimal utilization and efficiency.
  • Develop and implement fleet policies, procedures, and best practices to enhance safety, compliance, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Coordinate with logistics, maintenance, and transportation teams to schedule vehicle assignments and maintenance activities.
  • Monitor fleet performance metrics, analyze data, and generate reports to identify areas for improvement.
  • Ensure all vehicles comply with regulatory requirements, safety standards, and company policies.
  • Manage relationships with vendors and service providers for vehicle procurement, leasing, and maintenance.
  • Lead, train, and motivate a team of drivers, dispatchers, and fleet coordinators to achieve operational goals.
  • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and cost control for fleet operations, including fuel, repairs, and insurance.
  • Investigate and resolve incidents, accidents, and service disruptions, implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance fleet reliability, reduce downtime, and support business growth.
