Position Title: Technical Support & Quality Engineer
Business Unit: Small Home Appliances – After Sales Team

Role Purpose:
This role plays a key part in supporting after-sales service operations while contributing to product quality, reliability, and continuous improvement across the Small Home Appliances portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
• Provide technical support for small home appliances maintenance and after-sales service operations.
• Analyze recurring failures and customer complaints, determining root causes and recommending effective corrective and preventive actions.
• Support the inspection, testing, and technical evaluation of new products prior to market launch.
• Work closely with the Quality team in monitoring and auditing suppliers and outsourced manufacturers, ensuring compliance with quality standards.
• Prepare technical performance and failure-analysis reports and share insights with relevant stakeholders.
• Contribute to product quality improvement initiatives and help reduce after-sales service costs.
• Support field visits, service partner engagement, and technical investigations as needed.
