Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role based in Smouha, with some flexibility for remote work. The Sourcing Specialist will be responsible for sourcing quality materials and suppliers, identifying cost-saving opportunities, and establishing strong supplier relationships. The role will include negotiating contracts, assisting with procurement strategies, and ensuring compliance with company standards for ethical sourcing. Collaboration with different teams is a key component of daily responsibilities.

Strong analytical skills to assess supplier performance and cost-saving opportunities Excellent communication and collaboration skills for effective supplier and team interactions Proficiency in contract negotiation and procurement processes Experience in recruiting and supplier management is an added advantage Detail-oriented, with a focus on quality control and ethical sourcing Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
