  • Process sales transactions accurately using point-of-sale (POS) systems, handling cash, credit, and other forms of payment.
  • Resolve customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming checkout area at all times.
  • Assist customers with product information, returns, and exchanges in accordance with company policies.
  • Balance cash drawers and reconcile discrepancies at the end of each shift.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations and exceptional customer experiences.
  • Monitor inventory levels at the checkout area and restock supplies as needed.
  • Follow all security and loss prevention procedures to safeguard company assets.
  • Support promotional activities and upsell products or services when appropriate.
