NI Sales Engineer

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in residential, commercial, and infrastructure projects.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, developers, contractors, and end clients.
  • Conduct site visits and technical discussions to understand client requirements.
  • Actively manage the sales pipeline from lead generation to contract award.
  • Prepare technical proposals, specifications, and compliant offers based on project requirements.
  • Coordinate with engineering teams to ensure correct elevator selection and pricing.
  • Prepare cost estimates, BOQs, and commercial offers in line with company margins.
  • Support contract negotiations, clarifications, and value engineering exercises.
  • Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company’s market share.
  • Support clients during design approval and pre-installation stages. 
  • Provide after-sales support and coordinate with service teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
