Order Management Specialist

  • Process and manage customer orders from receipt through to delivery, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfillment.
  • Coordinate with internal departments such as sales, logistics, and customer service to resolve order-related issues.
  • Monitor order status and proactively communicate updates or delays to customers and stakeholders.
  • Verify product availability and inventory levels to ensure orders can be fulfilled as promised.
  • Handle order modifications, cancellations, and returns in accordance with company policies.
  • Maintain accurate records of orders, shipments, and customer interactions in the order management system.
  • Identify and escalate any discrepancies or issues in the order process to relevant teams for resolution.
  • Support the implementation of process improvements to enhance order accuracy and efficiency.
  • Generate and analyze order-related reports to track key metrics and identify trends.
  • Follow up with customers to make sure smooth delivery and help if they are facing any problems 
  • Follow up with the shipping company in order to ensure delivery of all packages
