Chickin Worx is building a standalone Events & Catering business line - and we’re looking for the person to own it.
This isn’t a sales rep role. This isn’t a logistics coordinator role. This is a mini-CEO opportunity for someone who wants to build, sell, execute, and scale a profitable vertical from the ground up.
What You’ll Own:
∙ Full P&L responsibility for Events & Catering
∙ Selling and closing high-value corporate, government, private, and institutional events (EGP 50k+)
∙ End-to-end event delivery - from client pitch to post-event follow-up
∙ Pricing, menu customization, and vendor management
∙ Building and leading a team of coordinators and event staff
∙ Converting one-off events into recurring partnerships
This Role Is For You If:
∙ You’ve closed complex, high-value B2B deals and delivered them successfully
∙ You know how to price events that clients love AND that protect margins
∙ You can operate independently with minimal supervision
∙ You’re comfortable with ambiguity and building systems from scratch
∙ You want ownership, autonomy, and uncapped earning potential
What Success Looks Like:
First 30 Days:
∙ Audit our current capability and build pricing framework
∙ Identify top 20 target accounts
∙ Close first quick-win events
∙ Map vendor ecosystem
60 Days:
∙ Close multiple EGP 50k+ events
∙ Secure 1-2 recurring contracts
∙ Refine execution playbook
∙ Improve margins through vendor optimization
90 Days:
∙ Deliver consistent monthly P&L
∙ Reduce founder involvement to oversight only
∙ Lock institutional partnerships
∙ Present scale plan
Compensation:
This is a performance-driven role with aggressive upside. Base salary + commission on closed revenue + profit bonus. If you’re a closer, you’ll make significantly more than the base.
