  • Design, develop, and optimize pharmaceutical formulations in alignment with regulatory and quality standards.
  • Conduct pre-formulation and formulation studies for new and existing products.
  • Prepare technical reports & Prepare Pharmaceutical development Files which mandatory task in this position .
  • Perform laboratory experiments, analyse data, and document findings in compliance with cGMP and company SOPs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Quality Assurance, Production, and Regulatory Affairs to ensure seamless product development.
  • Participate in troubleshooting and resolving formulation or process-related issues.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and regulatory requirements relevant to pharmaceutical development.
  • Ensure all activities comply with safety, environmental, and ethical standards.
