Job Responsibilities:
• Install, configure, and maintain operating systems such as windows server,ubuntu,debian and centos.
• Provide support, troubleshooting, and solutions to complex problems. This involves dealing with difficult situations including complaint handling, sensitive customers, and mission critical support.
• Diagnose hardware and software issues and implement effective solutions.
• Knowledge of networking concepts.
• Knowledge of operating systems (Windows Server, Linux).
• Fluent in English (B2) above.
• Proficient in troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
• 1 to 2 year of experience as a System Administrator also fresh graduated are welcome.
• Advanced knowledge of server networking and virtualization technologies.
• Proficiency in multiple operating systems (e.g., Windows Server, Linux).
• Customer Service Orientation.
