Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.3-5 years of experience in IT engineering or a similar technical role.Proven experience with network administration, server management, and IT security.Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to resolve technical issues efficiently.Familiarity with legal technology platforms and case management systems is a plus.Excellent communication skills to support non-technical users.Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.Experience with cloud services, virtualization, and remote access solutions.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Willingness to stay updated with the latest IT trends and security protocols.
