Job Summary:
The Packer is responsible for accurately and efficiently preparing customer orders for shipment in the
fulfillment center. This role ensures that cosmetic products are picked, packed, and labeled according to
company standards for quality, presentation, and accuracy, maintaining the brand’s premium image.

Key Responsibilities:
• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for delivery in line with daily targets and quality standards.
• Verify item accuracy, quantities, and product condition before packing.
• Pack cosmetic products with attention to presentation, safety, and brand guidelines (e.g., wrapping,
fillers, labeling).
• Ensure that orders are properly sealed, labeled, and ready for courier pickup.
• Handle products carefully to prevent damage or contamination.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic packing area that meets cosmetic product handling
standards.
• Report damaged, missing, or incorrect items to the OUB Team Leader immediately.
• Support stock counting, replenishment, and other warehouse tasks as needed.
• Follow all safety, hygiene, and operational procedures.
• Work collaboratively with the picking, inventory, and shipping teams to meet fulfillment KPIs.
