  • Monitor status of orders and contracts terms & conditions.
  • Responsible for the process of all products coding on Odoo.
  • Managing supplier relations and negotiating prices, timelines.
  • Coordinating with inventory control to determine and manage inventory needs.
  • Evaluating pricing and Delivery time, then deciding which suppliers best fit Company needs.
  • Analyze and compare pricing proposals from several trusted suppliers before negotiating terms to obtain the best deal for the company.
  • Reiterate with designers and suppliers for finalization of quantity and quality
  • Establish delivery terms, time and stages of inspection for the supply with Project Management Team
