We're hiring Customer Care Executive for the Inbound US Voice Process (Sales & Upselling) at e Clerx Egypt.

*Position Details:*
Customer Care Executive – US Voice Process (Sales & Upselling)
▪️Handle inbound customer inquiries and provide exceptional support to US-based customers.

*Net Salary:* 18,000 EGP
Performance Bonus:* Up to 48K EGP annually (based on KPIs)
*Rotational shifts,* including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

*Requirements:*
▪️Fluency in English (B2 Level )
▪️Bachelor’s degree preferred

Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Customer Service Agent. The Customer Service Agent will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving customer issues, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction, and ensuring a positive customer experience. Daily tasks include responding to customer communications via phone, email, or chat, guiding customers through solutions, and accurately documenting interactions for record-keeping and process improvement. The role also involves collaborating with team members to enhance the overall support process.

Qualifications

Strong skills in Customer Service, Customer Support, and delivering exceptional Customer Experience Experience with Customer Satisfaction and resolving customer concerns effectively Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate clearly with diverse customer bases Ability to work independently in a remote setting with strong problem-solving skills Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software is an advantage Proficiency in multitasking and organizational skills High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in customer service are a plus Proficiency level of English from ( B1+/B2)
