To manage all aspects of MEP material survey for construction, T&C & Engineering projects, ensuring that they are completed on time and to the required quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare a detailed survey for the main and sub-materials for the tendering phase.
Analyze drawings, specifications, and project documents to determine material requirements.
Responsible for preparing tender documents, including bills of quantities (BoQs).
