  • Execute recruitment activities for operational and administrative roles according to company needs.
  • Follow up on joining procedures and maintain employee files.
  • Implement and monitor onboarding processes for new hires (factory / warehouse).
  • Handle daily personnel operations (attendance, absences, leaves, disciplinary actions).
  • Coordinate with different departments regarding operational manpower needs.
  • Ensure compliance with approved HR policies and procedures.
  • Prepare and maintain operational HR reports related to recruitment and personnel activities.
