Job Description:* Prepare detailed project budgets and cost-coded files based on approved drawings, contracts, and project scope.* Monitor, track, and control actual project costs throughout all phases of execution to ensure alignment with approved budgets.* Review and approve vendors’ and subcontractors’ quotations, comparison sheets, and commercial evaluations.* Manage variation orders, claims, and cost changes, ensuring proper documentation, approval, and financial impact assessment.* Prepare planned cash flows, cost forecasts, variance analysis, and periodic cost control reports.* Coordinate closely with site teams, procurement, and contracts departments to ensure cost efficiency and budget compliance.* Ensure adherence to cost control procedures, financial policies, and internal reporting standards.
Requirements:* Bachelor’s degree in Engineering* Minimum 5 years of experience in (Architectural / Civil / Mechanical / Electrical) Cost Control in construction projects.* CCP certificate holder or candidate preferred.* Proficiency in MS Excel, and preferably in the MS Dynamics 365 ERP system, and Power BI.* Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.* Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
