Role Overview

Bohub is seeking an experienced HR Manager with a strong background in the Food & Beverage industry to lead and manage all human resources functions. The ideal candidate understands the fast-paced, compliance-driven nature of F&B operations and can support both operational staff and corporate teams while building a strong people-first culture.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with Bohub’s business goals

Manage end-to-end recruitment for F&B roles (operations, production, quality, supply chain, corporate)

Oversee onboarding, training, and workforce planning for shift-based and seasonal staff

Ensure compliance with labor laws, food safety regulations, and workplace standards

Handle employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary processes

Design and manage compensation, benefits, and incentive structures suitable for F&B environments

Lead HR policies related to health, safety, hygiene, and employee well-being

Support managers with talent development, succession planning, and retention strategies

Maintain accurate HR records, reports, and HRIS systems

Required Experience & Qualifications

Proven experience as an HR Manager or Senior HR role in the Food & Beverage industry

Strong understanding of F&B labor regulations, shift work, and operational workforce needs

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

Excellent communication, leadership, and conflict-resolution skills

Experience working with high-volume hiring and frontline employees

Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Preferred Skills

Experience in startups or scaling companies

Knowledge of workforce planning for production, kitchens, or manufacturing units

HR certifications (SHRM, CIPD, or equivalent)
