Senior Real Estate Sales Executive

  • We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Real Estate Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving property sales, managing client relationships, mentoring junior sales staff, and achieving revenue targets while delivering exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation ( Receiving )  to closing deals
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and developers
  • Present, promote, and sell real estate projects (residential / commercial)
  • Understand client needs and recommend suitable properties
  • Negotiate prices, payment plans, and contracts professionally
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Coordinate with marketing, operations, and legal teams
  • Provide accurate market insights and competitor analysis
  • Mentor and support junior sales team members (Remove)
  • Maintain up-to-date records on CRM systems
  • Follow up with clients post-sale to ensure satisfaction and referrals
