  • We are seeking a Sales Engineer who possesses a unique blend of deep artistic understanding and commercial acumen.
  •  This role acts as the crucial link between the client's vision and our manufacturing capabilities within our various showrooms/branches.

 

Role Summary:

  • The primary mission is to lead the entire sales process from the branch floor, starting from understanding the client's Needs and aesthetic requirements, moving through providing visual design solutions (using SketchUp/AutoCAD), and Follow-up with the Technical Office to execution, ultimately following up through delivery and installation to ensure the highest level of client satisfaction.

 

Responsibilities:

Consultation and Sales Strategy in the Branch:

  • Sales Leadership: Meet clients in showroom and lead discussions to translate their needs into feasible furniture solutions.
  • Technical Material Expertise: Detail product specifics with technical depth, demonstrating comprehensive knowledge of the types of wood, metals, accessories, fabrics, paints, and colors used in product execution.
  • Spatial Solutions: Offer design proposals that accurately consider the dimensions and volumes available at the client's location.
  • Merchandise Management: Maintain full familiarity with all products displayed on the shelves (accessories, imported, and local products) and utilize them for effective Cross-Selling.

 Engineering Execution and Follow-up:

  • CAD Drafting & Visualization: Utilize SketchUp and AutoCAD programs to take site measurements, present 3D visualizations of the proposed product to the client, and prepare the necessary schematic drawings.
  • Sales Cycle Management: Track the entire sales process, from contract preparation and internal coordination with the Technical Office to convert the client's order into engineering drawings and final approvals.
  • Supply and Installation Management: Monitor and schedule the supply order, and follow up on the installation process to ensure the final product matches the agreed-upon specifications.

Customer Service and Satisfaction:

  • Closing the Sale: Ensure the successful completion of a sale that fully satisfies the client and accurately meets their requirements.
  • Satisfaction Measurement: Obtain a measure of Customer Satisfaction after final receipt to evaluate the quality of the service and product.
