Job Purpose:
The Soft Services Coordinator is responsible for supporting the daily operations of soft services within the facilities management team. The role involves preparing and submitting reports, tracking and following up on material requests, updating operational data in the system, and coordinating between sites and departments to ensure smooth workflow and efficient service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
- Follow up on site material requests and ensure timely delivery.
- Update and monitor data on the system to maintain accurate records.
- Coordinate communication between sites and internal departments to ensure proper execution of operations.
- Support site teams in managing administrative tasks related to operations.
- Assist in scheduling, documentation, and tracking of soft service activities (cleaning, pest control, landscaping, waste management, etc.).
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and client requirements.
Provide support to the operations team in handling inquiries and resolving issues.
