Executive Secretary

  • Provide high-level administrative support to executive management, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements.

  • Monitor and prioritize incoming emails, phone calls, and requests, responding promptly or redirecting as appropriate.
  • Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain the highest level of confidentiality at all times.
