Sales Supervisor

Manage the sales team’s activities of the assigned area to ensure maximum market penetration and customer satisfaction.

 

Responsibilities:

1. Analyze, plan and distribute geographic areas per accounts and target breakdown per accounts 
2. Participate in marketing strategies’ activities preparation and implementation 
3. Track weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance and sales metrics
4. Review and follow up the current deals’ contracts for approval
5. Monitor sales staff performance to ensure that goals are met.
6. Resolve customer complaints regarding services, products, or personnel.
7. Communicate division market strategy to the team 
8. Report area progress status to management 
9. Prepare sales and inventory reports for management 
10. Performs regular market visits to his sales team to ensure the stability of the performance, initiate corrective actions in case of any problems as well as maintaining good customer relationships and introducing new products.
