HR Management:

  • Implement HR strategies as approved by top management
  • Lead talent acquisition for diverse roles: engineers, project managers, site supervisors, sales professionals, and corporate functions
  • Manage the compensation & benefits structures
  • Implement the performance management system 
  • Implement retention strategies for critical technical talent

HR Operations:

  • Oversee end-to-end HR operations: onboarding, payroll, government compliance (Social Insurance, labor office), and personnel documentation
  • Manage HRIS implementation and digital transformation of HR processes
  • Handle employee relations and grievance resolution, and maintain positive work culture across office and multiple construction sites
  • Ensure compliance with Egyptian labor law and industry-specific regulations

Administration:

  • Manage office services and administrative staff across locations
  • Oversee procurement of office supplies and non-technical equipment
  • Implement and maintain HR policies, procedures, and documentation systems
  • Coordinate with project sites on administrative and staff requirements

Training & Development:

  • Conduct training needs analysis for technical and soft skills development
  • Implement safety training programs
  • Coordinate leadership programs for high-potential employees
