We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Talent Acquisition Officer to join our HR team. The successful candidate will be responsible for attracting, sourcing, and hiring qualified talent while ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience aligned with business needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to onboarding
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels
- Screen CVs, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers
- Prepare and publish job advertisements
- Maintain and update the recruitment database and reports
- Ensure recruitment processes comply with company policies and labor laws
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline
- Support employer branding initiatives
