Key Responsibilities:
• Structure content for Pre-Qualification (PQ) and Statement of Qualification (SOQ) documents in line with Operations and Technical teams.
• Draft and update content for company profiles, brochures, sector/service documents, and client presentations.
• Support video and multimedia production by storyboarding motion elements, thumbnails, and visual effects.
• Ensure all written communication maintains clarity, consistent tone, and brand alignment.
• Collaborate with technical and project teams to translate complex engineering concepts into accessible content for target audiences.
• Proofread, fact-check, and maintain high editorial standards for all internal and external publications.
• Support LinkedIn content creation and scheduling in alignment with marketing strategy.
• Maintain the master repository of marketing materials, including company profiles, brochures, templates, certification and images.
• Work closely with the Graphic Designer to translate written content into visually branded materials.
