Key Responsibilities:
• Support the Marketing Specialist in the design and layout of all visual materials, including: Company profiles, Sector-specific brochures, Service-specific brochures, Event and client presentations, Pre-Qualification (PQ) and other bid document layouts.
• Own, maintain, and update branding guidelines and design systems.
• Prepare design concepts and creative visuals for events, campaigns, and digital assets.
• Support website visual updates, including banners, icons, graphics, and other design elements
• Ensure all design outputs meet quality, brand, and usability standards.
• Ensure the company’s brand identity is applied accurately and consistently across all marketing and communication channels.
• Develop, update, and maintain reusable design templates across all marketing assets.
• Mentor and review the work of the Junior Graphic Designer, providing guidance and feedback to support development.
