  • Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for GPS/tracking and fleet management software solutions.
  •  Collaborate closely with development, product, and R&D teams to understand requirements and ensure high-quality deliverables.
  •  Perform manual and automated testing to identify, document, and track software defects and inconsistencies.
  •  Validate new features, enhancements, and bug fixes across multiple platforms and devices.
  •  Analyze test results, troubleshoot issues, and provide clear, actionable feedback to development teams.
  •  Ensure software compliance with industry standards and customer requirements.
  •  Participate in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
  •  Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes, tools, and methodologies.
  •  Maintain detailed documentation of test procedures, results, and defect reports.
  •  Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide technical guidance to end-users as needed.
