Job Summary:
To cultivate and strengthen strategic partnerships with key clients (developers, consultants, designers, contractors) throughout their project lifecycles, converting these relationships into successful sales opportunities. This involves technically promoting the company's diverse products and integrated solutions to professionals and diligently pursuing potential sales across all project phases. The role also includes leading the Business Development Engineers team to expand the customer base and achieve sales targets while ensuring ongoing customer satisfaction through proactive project support and the provision of relevant technical solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operational workflow of the team focused on engaging with engineering, design, and consulting firms.
- Monitor and evaluate the team's weekly performance against targets.
- Plan and schedule weekly field visits to specialized client offices.
- Conduct regular on-site visits to targeted design and consulting firms.
- Mentor and train team members on best practices for professional client engagement and promote collaboration across branches.
- Manage the process for sample requests and related documentation.
- Develop and maintain operational guidelines for pre-visit preparation, on-site activities, and post-visit follow-up, including defining visit objectives.
