  • Transportation & Shipment Coordination
  •  Plan, schedule, and coordinate inbound and outbound shipments.
  •  Ensure accurate documentation for freight, bills of lading, customs forms, and compliance
  • requirements.
  •  Track shipments, resolve delays, and communicate status updates to stakeholders.
  •  Work with carriers, freight forwarders, and logistics partners to secure efficient
  • transportation options.
  • Inventory & Warehouse Support
  •  Monitor inventory movements and ensure alignment with warehouse teams.
  •  Verify accuracy of receiving and shipping documentation.
  •  Identify discrepancies and resolve issues related to damaged goods, shortages, or mis-
  • shipped materials.
  •  Assist in optimizing warehouse layouts, material flow, and stocking levels when needed.
  • Operational Efficiency & Process Improvement
  •  Analyze logistics workflows to identify opportunities for cost reduction and improved
  • efficiency.
  •  Recommend and implement operational improvements, route optimizations, and vendor
  • changes.
  •  Maintain logistics performance metrics (OTD, freight cost, transit times).
  •  Support digitalization initiatives, ERP enhancements, and automation where applicable.
  • Compliance & Documentation
  •  Ensure compliance with export/import regulations, and company policies.
  •  Maintain accurate and organized records for audits, shipments, contracts, and inventory.
  •  Review and validate vendor invoices to ensure accurate freight billing.Cross-Functional Communication
  • Serve as the logistics point of contact for procurement, production, sales, and customer service teams.
  •  Provide logistics guidance for project planning, product launches, and operational schedules.
  •  Escalate logistics risks early and provide actionable solutions.
  • Leadership & Support
  •  Provide mentorship and guidance to junior logistics staff.
  •  Assist in developing SOPs, training materials, and best-practice process documentation.
  •  Lead logistics projects and initiatives as assigned by management.
