  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve departmental and organizational goals
  • Monitor sales performance, analyze data and report key metrics
  • Manage customer relationships and resolve any customer issues or complaints 
  • Sales Growth and Target Achievement: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet or exceed sales targets, including upselling and cross-selling a diverse portfolio of food ingredients.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless and efficient sales processes
  • Market Intelligence and Reporting: Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities and provide regular sales forecasts and reports to management.
  • Order Management and Coordination: Oversee the entire order process from quotation to delivery, working closely with logistics, customer service, and supply chain teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.
