IT Help Desk Specialist

We are looking for a qualified IT Help Desk Specialist to provide technical support and assistance to our employees. The ideal candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting hardware and software issues, ensuring smooth daily IT operations, and delivering prompt technical support.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide first-line technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, and other IT equipment.
  • Troubleshoot system and network problems and diagnose technical faults.
  • Respond to IT support requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain IT documentation, inventory, and user guides.
  • Escalate complex issues to the IT Manager when necessary.
  • Ensure data security and backup procedures are followed.
