Sales Manager – Team Builder (B2B)

• Build the full sales structure (team roles, targets, territories).
• Design and document Sales SOPs, scripts, and follow-up processes.
• Recruit, train, and coach sales representatives.
• Set and manage KPIs (calls, meetings, pipeline, closing rate).
• Manage and track all activities using CRM (Odoo preferred).
• Work closely with management on pricing, discounts, and client strategy.
• Ensure full visibility and reporting of the sales pipeline.

This role is for builders and leaders.
