Audio Technology is looking for a talented Order Planning Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a key part in coordinating and optimizing the end-to-end order fulfillment process. This role ensures that customer orders are accurately planned, prioritized, and scheduled in alignment with inventory availability, production capacity, and delivery requirements. The specialist works cross-functionally with supply chain, procurement, production, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure timely and cost-effective fulfillment. The Order Planning Specialist provides high-level planning expertise and supports management decision-making through performance analysis, reporting, and forecasting.

Key Responsibilities:

-        Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports such as warehouse reports, stock analysis, sales reports, demos, etc.

-        Review model names and descriptions and compare them with the price list.

-        Place the order for brands related to the retail stock.

-        Maintain accurate records of database, order report.

-        Create new items on ERP.

-        Prices and model’s comparison between quotations and ERP.

-        Follow up on the changes made by the supplier with the pre-sales & sale person.

-        Follow up on receiving the needed forecast.

-         Coordinate with engineering, procurement, construction, and commercial teams to collect schedule input and ensure alignment.

-        Support in preparing work project timelines.

Skills

-        Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations, Logistics, or related field (preferred).

-        2–5 years of experience in order planning, supply chain coordination, production planning, or customer order management.

-        Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, JD Edwards, etc.) is strongly preferred.

-        Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

-        Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities.

-        Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and/or planning software.

-        Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.

-        High attention to detail and accuracy.
