Job Description

• We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Fulfillment Agent to join our team.
• In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth and efficient order fulfillment processes, maintaining accurate inventory records, managing customer communication, and coordinating with courier services.
• You will play a critical role in ensuring our clients receive their orders on time and in perfect condition.
• Process and fulfill customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery of products.
• Coordinate with warehouse staff to pick, pack, and prepare items for shipment according to company standards.
• Monitor inventory levels, report discrepancies, and assist in stock replenishment activities.
• Communicate with internal teams and external partners to resolve order issues and ensure smooth logistics operations.
• Maintain accurate records of shipments, returns, and inventory movements using company systems.
• Inspect products for quality and completeness before dispatch to guarantee customer satisfaction.
• Assist in the organization and cleanliness of the fulfillment area to ensure a safe and efficient workspace.
• Support the implementation of process improvements to enhance order accuracy and operational efficiency.
• Handle customer inquiries related to order status, delivery timelines, and product availability.
• Collaborate with the logistics team to optimize delivery routes and minimize shipping delays.
